About
RyAnn Reynolds
RyAnn graduated with honors from Rowan University on an accelerated track, graduating in just three years with a degree in Journalism + Communication Studies. She landed a paid internship at a major magazine shortly after and quickly learned two things: she loved story telling, and she hated sitting at a desk. In 2010, she Googled “how to not work a 9 to 5,” and google inspired her to become a flight attendant and she never looked back. She hit 30+ countries before the age of 30, once had a strict two week minimum for any trip, and now splits her time between her house in LA, her cozy apartment in Manhattan, and wherever she’s headed next. She regularly contributes to NYC based publication Park Magazine, has appeared on Travel + Leisure’s YouTube series Travel Unfiltered, and helped launch the Punk Rock FA magazine. She’s worked directly with tourism PR teams like Visit Belize, Visit Carlsbad, Visit Oceanside, Visit California, The Key Largo Bungalows, The Atlantis Dubai and many more. Her journey inward has been just as expansive as the one that’s taken her around the world. In 2019, she completed Levels 1 through 4 of Breathwork Healer Training with David Elliott in Los Angeles and earned her Level 1 and 2 Reiki certifications from Victoria Vives Khuong. In 2021, she studied sacred sound with Haley and Jaya of The Forest Path through their Sound Ceremony immersion program. In 2025, she returned to Guatemala to study cacao with Mayan Indigenous women’s collectives through Cacao Source. Her work in self-exploration has also crossed into the digital space, with Vegamour tapping her as a Wellness Wednesday muse for an Instagram Live takeover. These experiences reflect what has always driven her: curiosity, travel, storytelling, and a desire to explore what makes us feel more alive. Today, she writes about food, travel, and experiences that tell a deeper story. She also facilitates breathwork in LA & NYC to help others create space for change in their own lives.
